Amy Turnbull-Drilingas, LPC
Amy Turnbull-Drilingas is a Licensed Professional Counselor who received her Master’s of Arts in Mental Health Counseling in 2017 and her Education Specialist in Counseling in 2019 from Southeast Missouri State University. Amy specializes in treating substance use, working with women and children, family therapy, and complex trauma. Working from an Emotionally Focused Therapy model, Amy focuses on themes of attachment, relationships, and the importance of emotional awareness and acceptance to walk alongside others on the path of healing. Amy is trained in multiple modalities of trauma therapy including EMDR, Integrated Treatment of Complex Trauma for adolescents and children (ITCT) and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).
In her free time, Amy is a dedicated neonatal kitten foster parent who loves to read, go for walks, and take naps. She places high importance on self care and can often be found spending time with her husband and their resident cats.
