Lindsay is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who graduated from Saint Louis University 2012 with a Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) and received her clinical license in 2019.
Lindsay has been of service to an array of clients facing mental health woes, both in the community and private practice settings. Lindsay, most recently, comes back to her hometown of Cape Girardeau, from providing therapy for folks in Chicagoland.
As a psychotherapist, Lindsay can help your big emotions feel more manageable. She has space for you to safely unpack your history, your patterns, and your concerns so that you can determine what you’d like to do, where you’d like to go, and all the possible paths to get there. Lindsay uses Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), skills-based, and solution-oriented approaches to therapy. She will help you recognize your personal power, find clarity, and gain trust in yourself.
Lindsay specializes in trauma, grief/loss, life transitions, family dynamics, career choices, and LGBTQIA+ hardships.

She fosters cats from the humane society and an avid fan of the NFL
