Mollie earned her Master of Arts in mental health counseling in 2020. She is currently working on her Specialist degree in counselor education. Mollie is deeply spirited about healing individual trauma, and further using trauma healing to repair relationships and assist in addiction recovery. Mollie believes in an attachment-focused approach to healing trauma. She is inspired by Carl Jung’s concept of the collective unconscious and maintains that a satisfying existence resides in congruence and harmony with all parts of the self. Mollie is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and often utilizes this procedure in trauma therapy. Mollie is motivated by a unique therapeutic relationship with each of her clients. She is highly creative and utilizes this along her knowledge, intuition, and empathy to walk beside clients on unique paths. Mollie wants each client’s experience with her to feel personalized, warm, and secure.
When not working with clients, Mollie enjoys reading, writing, and going on long drives. She resides with her husband and pets and is involved in the foster care community. She is also involved in the competitive gymnastics realm as a retired athlete and coach.
