Natalie Miller, PLPC

Natalie Miller is a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC) and Provisionally Licensed Professional Counselor (PLPC). She graduated from Southeast Missouri State University in 2016 with a B.S. in Interdisciplinary Studies of psychology, management, and communication studies and in 2022 with an M.A. in Mental Health Counseling. She enjoys working with people of all ages and is passionate about facilitating growth and healing in the lives of those who are hurting, struggling, or facing life transitions.

Natalie is committed to creating a safe and supportive environment where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings. She uses Adlerian therapy, which is an encouraging, holistic, and goal-oriented therapeutic approach that focuses on the importance of connection, belonging, and significance. Natalie understands that each client’s unique life experiences shape their journey, and she believes that this understanding is essential for fostering true healing and growth. By collaborating with clients to identify and challenge limiting beliefs, she empowers them to rewrite their narratives and embrace more fulfilling lives.

Natalie’s clinical background includes hospital, private practice, and university counseling. She is experienced in working with depression, anxiety, life stressors and transitions, relationship issues, grief/loss, self-destructive behaviors and unhealthy coping mechanisms, trauma, suicidal ideation, crisis, mood disorders, gender and sexuality concerns, and more. In her free time, Natalie enjoys hiking, biking, hammocking, traveling, and spending time with her family and pets.
