With meticulous attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to efficiency, Xena ensures seamless operations and an outstanding client experience. Additionally, she is deeply passionate about the mental health care industry and supports initiatives that promote mental health and overall well-being. Outside of work, Xena enjoys continuous learning and running to enhance her own health and wellness.

Insurance & Billing Coordinator

Kiana is an integral part of Great Oak Counseling, serving as the Insurance and Billing Coordinator while pursuing her degree in Mental Health Counseling at Southeast Missouri State University. In her role, she manages insurance verification, processes claims, coordinates benefit confirmations, and ensures accurate billing for all client services. With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to problem-solving, Kiana navigates the complexities of insurance systems to help clients maximize their benefits and minimize out-of-pocket costs. She also oversees operational documentation and meeting coordination, ensuring the team operates with efficiency and clarity. Kiana is extremely passionate about mental health and dedicated to removing barriers to care. She works diligently behind the scenes to make the intake and billing process as seamless as possible while providing a welcoming atmosphere and friendly face at the office. Credentialing & Process Specialist

Hannah has been a key part of Great Oak Counseling since 2025, ensuring that both clients and clinicians have the support they need for smooth, stress-free experiences. In her role, she manages scheduling, billing, credentialing, and communication across multiple platforms. She also handles delinquent accounts and financial coordination with empathy and professionalism, helping clients feel informed and cared for at every step. With her strong organization skills and commitment to accuracy, Hannah keeps daily operations running efficiently while maintaining a welcoming, client-centered environment. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her partner and their cats, skating with the Cape Girardeau Roller Derby League, and finding creative ways to stay busy in and out of the office.
