Alli is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who has been with Great Oak since 2023. Alli completed both her Specialist in Education and Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Southeast Missouri State University. She moved to Cape Girardeau after completing her Bachelor’s in Psychology from Southern Illinois University Carbondale in 2020. Alli uses a variety of approaches in her work, ranging from Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). Her first priority for every client is ensuring they feel welcome, comfortable, and understood. Alli takes a special interest in self-esteem, attachment, relationships, trauma, and LGBTQ+ issues.

Outside of the counseling space, Alli enjoys camping, hiking, thrift shopping, listening to Taylor Swift, and spending time with her orange tabby cat, Jeffrey.
