Dani Heisserer is a PLPC who graduated from Liberty University in 2025 with a Masters degree in clinical mental health counseling after receiving a Bachelors in psychology from Southeast Missouri State University in 2019. Dani has experience working with co-occurring disorders and psychosocial rehabilitation via her previous work in a community agency setting. While at Great Oak, she has focused on treating anxiety, depression, and trauma in young girls and women by implementing CBT, DBT, and constructivism interventions.
Dani also values working with blue-collar men, creating a space where their resilience and hard work are honored while addressing the unique stressors they often carry. She is passionate about helping them build emotional well-being without compromising their sense of strength and independence. She believes in empowering individuals to feel independent, confident, and capable. Dani also offers faith-based counseling for all clients who wish to incorporate their faith or religion into their counseling experience.
